Position: Administrative Officer


  1. Coordinate/ Follow up/ Support documentation and administration
  2. Maintains a complete and up-to-date filing system
  3. Preparing monthly sales report
  4. Able to work 6 days a week from Monday - Saturday: 07.30 am. - 05.00 pm.


  1. Female/ Age 20-35 years old
  2. Vocational School - Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  3. 1 year experience would be an advantage
  4. Computer skill in MS office: Word/ Excel
  5. Ability to handle various tasks simultaneously according to priorities.
  6. Good personality and able to work independently as well as team oriented.
