Position: Human Resource Staff


  1. To generate monthly payroll report.
  2. Coordinate and follow up with relevant person/ function to ensure that payroll data are accurately recorded in a timely manner such as, new hire, salary etc.
  3. Handling staff attendance, monthly payroll, benefit and welfare process
  4. Double-checking and controlling all documents in consistent with GMP/HACCP/HALAL policy.
  5. Prepare monthly/ annually payroll report/ income tax and year-end-tax
  6. All other assigned jobs required.


  1. Female/ Age 22-30 years old
  2. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or any related field
  3. 1 year experience in Payroll would be an advantage
  4. Computer skill in MS office: Word/ Excel
  5. Good personality/ good coordinator and communication skills
