Position: Administrative Officer
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate/ Follow up/ Support documentation and administration
- Maintains a complete and up-to-date filing system
- Preparing monthly sales report
- Able to work 6 days a week from Monday - Saturday: 07.30 am. - 05.00 pm.
Qualifications:
- Female/ Age 20-35 years old
- Vocational School - Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1 year experience would be an advantage
- Computer skill in MS office: Word/ Excel
- Ability to handle various tasks simultaneously according to priorities.
- Good personality and able to work independently as well as team oriented.
