Research conducted by the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Khon Kaen University shows that black pepper, one of the most popular spices used to add more flavor to food and crunchy snacks, has a substance called Piperine. This substance is able to prevent oxidation as well as symptoms of Alzheimer if consumed at an appropriate amount and at the moderate pungency. Moreover, it can sharpen your memory.
